F & K Ibrahim Al-Shuwayer & Partners (FKS), formerly known as Ibrahim Al-Hamoud Al-Shuwayer Est. (IHS), was established in 1958 in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. From the headquarters in Khobar, and offices in Jubail, Khafji, and Kuwait, the company specializes in Oil & Gas Contracting and Trading in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia and the Partitioned Neutral Zone (PNZ) between Saudi Arabia and Kuwait. IHS officially changed its name and was registered as FKS in 1994.
